Career Jumpstart, an initiative from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, had a victory to celebrate last week. Our former ICT student Jelle Tiepel and colleague Lars Veerhoff presented their insights and experiences from the Career Fitness Journey at the prestigious Merit Summit in Barcelona. The jury particularly appreciated our focus on student impact from scientific insights and our attention to neurodiversity. As a result, as part of Career Jumpstart, our initiative was recognised as runner-up in the 'Innovation in Higher Education' category.
