1st prize Belgium Campus International Week

During the Belgium Campus International Week in Pretoria, South Africa, Merve Demir won first prize with her project group. The assignment was making the work in a call centre easy and faster to access the necessary regional information. This is tough going with existing systems that do not communicate with each other. Together with other students, the enthusiastic B-student developed a programme that collects data from the various systems and transforms it to useful information. Congratulations!
