Talent research by Dynamic Talent Interventions

Within the Dynamic Talent Interventions lectureship, investigations are also being carried out into the ideal Higher Professional Education teacher. In this article in the Onderwijsinnovatie journal (p. 14+15) you can read an article about this, written by Anne-Marie Kuijpers and her colleagues. As you can read, the teacher team is very important for the quality of education. This fits in nicely with her research within FHICT on using talent in teams.
