On Monday, December 9th, 2019, the students and employees of Fontys University ICT Tilburg and Fontys Academy for Creative Industries moved into the new building P8 on campus Stappegoor in Tilburg. The students got a personal reception in the hall, were given a drink, a guide and some goodies. A first reaction from a number of students "Cool", "Lots of color!" "We are happy with it. It is very open, spacious and light. Very nice".
In the meantime, everyone is exploring the 'new' home and finding their place in one of the OILs. The education building has a total of four floors and can accommodate around 3,000 students and 200 employees. ICT University of Applied Sciences is located on the ground and first floors. There are five OILs, each with a specialized lab with state-of-the-art technology, namely the Make Lab, Technology Lab, Security Lab, Video Lab and Domotica Lab.
