Robert Schuwer, lecturer in Open Educational Resources, was informed in November 2022 that he has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Board of Directors of the globally operating organization Open Education Global. This award has been presented only twice in the history of the Open Education Awards for Excellence to individuals who have made creative contributions of exceptional significance to the advancement of open education throughout their lives and careers.
